Bartlet for america.....

What a great show, almost everything in this show is flawless.

But a few flaws are no problem to say:

Kristin chenoweth: annoying, didn't like her that much just my opinion. She has her moments, but overal very annoying character.

previously on the west wing....: Who made that up anyway? only great at 2 parters or 3-parters. but the whole show? Star Trek never did that with the whole show. And most of the plot-points don't make sense. I find this a lazy attempt of writing and to add filler to the show. Really bad decisions, and should've been implemented better.

republicans can hate this show.

The west wing had it's best moment in the early season 1-4. After season 5 the west wing went downhill. It's a great show, but the later season's are definitely weaker.

overal: 9/10.

Previously on isn't unique to the West Wing it comes from a time when people's viewing habits were different. You had to tune in and watch it when it aired on television unless you programmed your VCR to tape it for you. You also had the thinking that you had to accomodate the viewer who doesn't tune in every week or missed an episode here and there. Especially with a show like the West Wing which can sometime reference previous seasons you give them a tiny bit of context before the episode to prepare them a little.

Aaron Sorkin left after Season 4, so its decline, though not drastic, was to be expected.

Definitely went downhill after season 4 although i think the show rallied in late season 6 and season 7 with the Santos/Vinick campaign (as long as you ignore the whole boring Kazakstan subplot)
