HELP!!! Does anyone remember....

Does anyone else remember this movie that I'm pretty sure was on Disney Channel (which is why I'm putting it here), it had a kid from Los Angeles and he got stuck on a desert island somehow with pirates and a mermaid who got legs after rescuing him, and a tree that grows his favorite food (pizza, I think), but there was a sand shark or something that trapped you there once you got up the tree.
Those are the only things I can remember about the movie... does anyone else remember this, or am I imagining it? Please help!

Thanks!

Thank you!!! I've been wondering the EXACT same thing! I've been wondering for years. l0l. I think I saw it when I was like... 7? It had the guy running out of the building carrying the mermaid, and then he wakes up with his shorts ripped, right? Thats the only thing I remember, if we're thinking of the same movie.
