I think the OP meant best Pixar characters not films.
So mine are:
* Mr. Incredible/Bob Barr because despite his virtual invincibility and infinite strength, he has personality weaknesses such as his inability to set priorities and being easily distracted. These give his godliness a more human feel.
* WallE. Who would've thought that a metal box that makes funny noises could have so much personality? Everything that he collects and holds onto show how sentient he is, and probably wonders what the world was like before the mass exodus.
* Marlin. Even though he's a fish, he's a still worrying, overprotective father, traumatised by tragic events, and risks his life for his only remaining son.
