connection with "Inside Out" (2015)

The common connection between "Monsters, Inc" and "Inside Out" is the writer, Pete Docter. And as I was watching "Inside Out", before I even realized the connection, I found it to have a "Monsters, Inc" feel to it.

"Inside Out" was made to explore human emotions and how our emotions guide and enhance our lives. The story uses a preteen girl and her family moving from Minnesota to San Francisco, but those three characters are just used to tell the story of emotions, represented by cute little characters who see through the eyes of the human they are responsible for.
