Multiple references to Fight Club

I've seen the show a couple times now and I've noticed more than a few references to the movie Fight Club. *beep* I can't think of many now, but the most obvious one was in Bad Influences where at the end they're *spoilers* super obese and going through clips of movies one of them was "Fat" Club and it even had a fat Tyler Durden holding a bar of soap pop up for a second.
The other one was in the episode Breaking Up Is Hard To Do, the scene starts inside Paula's dad's head where you can see neurons and the camera pulls back through the inside of his head and comes out at his brow, just like the intro to Fight Club where the camera even pulls out from the same place on his eyebrow.
The last one I can think of is a little less obvious and I can't remember what episode it was but at the very end they spliced in a picture of the hot dog factory mascot from the episode History when Starboy and The Captain of Outer Space neglect to save Shakespeare, Oliver Twist, and the Mermaid Queen(hilariously played by Junior) from Picasso, Annie Oakley, and Evil George Washington. Sorry, what was I talking about again? Oh right. It could be a referenced to the image of the penis that was spliced in at the end of Fight Club or it could be a reference to the episode Curses where they splice the image of two dogs having sex at the end("only two?"). Of course that depends on whether or not that episode came before or after.
