I think Zoolander would be troubled about the fact that children can also learn to read elsewhere than at his school. He might be interested in learning how to counsel troubled children, adolescents and young adults, not anyone over 33? He has heard that it's possible to learn new routes inside the brain so he is certain that if he listens to young people's problems, he might overcome his own disabilities, to start again. His problem is that everyone knows him and his patiens don't take him seriously, especially as he tries to use tarot-readings, astrology and Trivial Pursuit-questions in his therapy.
Hansel could be his rehearsal patient. Mugatu could record all Zoolanders therapy sessions and use them to blackmail the patients' parents in his bid to make a come-back to music industry.
Mugatu could also use the most bizarre therapy session material to campaign in politics, maybe to himself become the next president of the USA. So he could use the politicians' children's session material to blackmail campaign money for his "Mugatu to Replace the Living President in ?" -campaign.
