Funniest Sequences of all Time in Cinema History?

OMG
I've seen this movie a few times, but I just watched the 'Walk-off' scene again and I was laughing uncontrollably throughout the entire 5 minute sequence. It's so absurd and every frame is so perfect, building to the final laugh with Derek giving himself a wedgie. It's just the right note of sillininess and physical comedy. I would definitely nominate this scene as one of the funniest sequences of all time.

The 2001 scene where they become monkeys is one of my favourite comedy scenes ever :)

reply

Yeah, that's an hilarious, too, but it didn't make me laugh as much as the 'walk-off' scene did.

The entire hypnosis sequence

Quite exciting, this computer magic!

I loved when J.P. Prewitt explained that every assassination in US history was done by male models, with plausible examples stated. It just doesn't get any better than that.

For me it's the gas fight! And it's only 12 years after that I noticed it was with True Blood's Alexander Skarsgård !

I thought the orgy between Zoolander, Hansel, and Matilda was the funniest part. And the conversation before that.

"In 7th grade, I was the fat girl."

"Ew!"

Limit of the Willing Suspension of Disbelief: directly proportional to its awesomeness.

The "Walk-off" scene was the best part of the movie, but calling it all-time funniest would be overstating it.

"The sun is shining...but the ice is slippery."

For me, it was when they were trying to get the files from 'inside the computer.'

"HANSEL - let's not lose our cool - if we do, we're no better than the MACHINE!"

I just love that part!

***SPOILER***

Wow, I guess everyone's got their own favorite part.

For me, it's the ending. Hansel in his breakdance fight. Will Farrell with his crazy pills. Ben Stiller "One Look" and Magnum. Even Jerry Stiller is great on the phone with his secretary.

You think I'm crazy? Perhaps we're all a little crazy. I know I am.
