Mugatu is a good boss

Mugatu is obviously portrayed as the bad guy in the movie, Still he seems like a nice guy to work with.
It just seems that he is a nice boss as he took Katinka to the male model award and then Todd to the funerals. Sure he spilled hot latte on Todd but that is a panic reaction as he is seriously allergic to milk as opposed to an attempt to abuse or humiliate him.
Also from the way he interacts and talks with Todd, Katinka and others he is always polite and respectful toward them and treating them as equal partners. I won't be surprised if his employees/henchmen get lots of perks (e.g. free designer outfits, tickets to exclusive events and runway shows as we have seen etc.) and are compensated well.
