Where the hell did that bus come from?

When Terry gets killed she's standing on the road and there's no traffic then out of nowhere is a bus going full speed into her. But where the hell did that bus come from?

This always bugged the hell out of me with this movie. The others would've seen that bus coming well before she stepped in front of it. The way it's filmed is that it simply appears out of nowhere and it comes off so ridiculous.

It's the only part of the film I hate and I wish the director saw the absurdity of it and re-shot it to make it more believable and realistic. Other than that one dumb scene, I think it's a perfect film. One of my favorite horrors.

It's weird the bus is mentioned in Final Destination 2. One of the characters in that movie was on the bus. I wonder if they noticed that the bus had teleported to an otherwise deserted street then vanished again LOL

Also, I read in the goofs section that there was a big crane (or some other heavy equipment type vehicle) in the middle of the street where the bus would be coming from. I rewound the DVR and sure enough you can see it in the scene as she is walking toward the spot where she gets hit. Because of that road blockage, it would be impossible for a bus to be traveling at that speed from that direction.
