A Brick can not kill you, if that's what killed him? Then that's not even as bad as what the rest got and what he could of got... I reckon he's still alive and hiding in a safe guarded positility, somewhere outside the US.

A falling brick can definitely kill someone, in the same way one punch to the back of the head can, only worse.
