best scene in the movie. (spoilers)

when the EB's family is in the hotel and the boyfriend is getting ready to take them to breakfast and the son is reading the brief on the 11 year old girl with cancer. He has the realization that his mother is doing something good and its bigger than just a mother working long hours and not there.

The direction and script was very subtile, just a boy wanting to bring his mom back something to eat from the resturant. JR and the boy interacting very low key and quiet.

I thought this was brilliant. Too many movies would of made this into a big coom-by-ya, running through the wheat fields lovey dovey scene, with crescendo full orchestration, yada yada yada,.... I thought it was much more powerful as it was.

It was a short scene but I thought one of the more powerful ones.

I agree - a very good scene.

Funniest scene was when George (after first meeting Erin) walks toward his buddies and falls down and flops on his face. His buddies crack up.

A great serious scene is when the guy at the bar (the one who shredded files) was grim faced as he recalled his cousin's demise from the sickness. I really felt for his plight.

Another funny and great scene was where the nice receptionist lady slid the bowl of candy as an offering to Erin's kids. The sly look on her face was priceless.

My favorite scene is when they go into the meeting room with the other two people (to out number the PG&E attorneys), and Erin rips them a new one, ending with the beautiful comment that they brought that water in special for them...Love it!

My favorite scene is when the stuck up lawyer is trying to "fill in the holes" of Erin's work. I love when she says Erin can't possibly know all 600 phone numbers and then puts her to the test.

My next favorite scene is the one with the other lawyers and the special water brought in just for them!

Great one about the bowl of candy at the office!

One of the best parts for me was the scene at the end where Erin takes George to Donna, and then here last scene with Albert Finney... "Do they learn beauty queens to apologize? Because you SUCCKK at it!" Finney's air of mischief throughout the whole scene was great but that line sealed it.
