this is the type of movie that illustrates why tort reform is needed if we are to survive in this country. erin brockovich is lucky i am not a prosecutor or i would have her brought up on charges of destroying a great american company...and i would push for the max sentence...life in prison. generating power produces waste, its high time you self righteous liberals realized that. what are they supposed to do with that waste? i dont want my electric bill going up to pay for waste to be disposed of. they can throw it in the lake if thats cheaper. this country used to be great, its weenies like erin brockovich that have ruined it.

This was hardly a case where a woman spills hot coffee in her lap, these people got what they deserved. Yes, tort reform in this country is needed, but PG&E was guilty of lying and needed to pay.

no, YOU are insane. we need waste in this country, it is the by-product of all the wonderful things companies create. throwing waste in the lake is as american as apple pie and its about dam time you weenie liberals realized that
