So the guy who dlivered the 4WD to Erin...

...you know, the one Ed gifted to her along with the check for 5k. So, the delivery driver was solo it looked like, and I assume he drove the 4WD to Erin's house, she signs for it and he gives her the keys, which are in an envelope in the package. Did he a) drive the 4WD there then put the keys back in the package and then, b) walk back to his office? Or do we just assume he had a buddy in a delivery truck who followed him and we just don't see their truck in the street?

Hmmm....not sure. Maybe some dude was waiting for him around the corner to pick him up and take him back to wherever he came from?

maybe he didn't drive the car, and towed it ... and the tow truck was around the corner

The vehicle was delivered by the car lot, probably shortly before the keys were delivered (two vehicles, one guy leave the Blazer and gets in the other guys vehicle for the return trip).

The delivery driver was parked behind the blazer... you see him walking towards the left side of the screen and hear him start his truck while Erin is opening the envelope.

That's exactly right. We don't get to see the other car but when the delivery guy walks away he heads off behind the Chevy Blazer and then we hear a car door close and engine start.

What puzzles me is that George is seen pulling out of their driveway on his Harley just as the delivery guy arrives. At first it made me believe it was George who gifted the car until we see the note from Ed. What was George even doing there anyway, hadn't he already walked out on them?
