Why make the celebration of 200 episodes into one big soap opera???

A number of you may have noticed that I recently removed one video from the upcoming schedule – the second TV Trash review of the soap opera “Passions” that was to be posted in May.
This was not a fun decision to make, but one I ultimately decided needed to be done. After much consideration, it appears clear that any more TV Trash reviews on Passions will just not be possible.

When I chose to review “Passions” for my 200th TV Trash episode, I only reviewed the episodes that aired in 1999 – the year the show premiered. The show was only on the air for six months that year… and it still covered nearly 130 episodes. The remainder of the series contains more than 2000 more episodes.
Quite frankly, this is a project too big to handle at this time let alone contain to TV Trash itself – especially since at the moment I am not sure how much longer TV Trash will last.

I do not, however, plan to give up on reviewing the rest of Passions altogether. A separate review series dedicated to this show is definitely being looked at. In fact, this is not the only now-defunct soap opera I wish to do a retrospective series on – I have also wanted to do one on “Dallas” – which I had originally hoped to start earlier this year but was unable to fit the time for.
This is what has led me to believe that full review series on “Passions” and “Dallas” will be best held off until after TV Trash’s run finally comes to an end. At the moment, I do not know when that will be; I definitely plan to keep the show going at least into the next year. But at least I now definitely have other projects in the works post-TV Trash, so this means you should still get content and even reviews even after my flagship show wraps up for good.

Hopefully this will work out for everyone.

Stay Rowdy, My Friends.
