Why most people i know see this movie.

This was a horrible movie. Terrible. unpopular as well. yet pretty much everybody i know has seen it and loves it for the camp value, as do i. why you may ask? because i am from an ontario town called peterborough, and i go to trent university. this is where the movie was filmed. its just funny seeing such a pathetic horror taking place all over my campus. like, take your hometown, suppose a movie came out where people were killed right infront of a place you walk by a million times a day in a hillarious way. pretty funny eh? im sure this is not unique as well. if anyone has stories about crappy movies being made good by filming location in their home town, please share them.
