It's been a while since I saw this movie, so I'm almost sure. so, here goes.
1.) Young woman- Window slammed on her head.
2.) Sandra- stabbed
3.) Simon- Hammered in the head.
4.) Dirk- Electrocuted
5.) Stan-Electrocuted
6.) Vanessa- Hung with a rope
7.) Toby- Shot
So, that's it. The killer gets shot but doesn't die. He is sent to a mental hospital where he ends up meeting the killer from Urban Legend 1.

i might be wrong, but i got the impression that we were watching a movie within a movie, like the opening scene. none of the deaths REALLY happened (at least with the people shown), but the movie mayfield (already can't remember her first name) was working on may be based on a true story, which the professor was the real killer in

5. Stan- head smashed into an electric box, electrocuted
6. Vanessa- hung by a bell rope
