The guy with the black rectangular glasses and red hair. What kind of accent does he have?

i think its supposed to be German but it was a little messy so its difficult to tell really.

Sounds to me like a German by way of Jersey. Every once in awhile, he sounds like Barbara Striesand. I love Gerhard!!!

Sounded English, New York, Australian..he went in and out of accents ..was he supposed to, or was that a flaw on the actors part?
