Blu-Ray vs. DVD runtime difference?

I just realized that this movie has finally been released on blu-ray. I've had my snapcase DVD of this film for years. But after checking it out online on various websites, I noticed that the blu-ray runtime is 118 minutes, and my DVD states the runtime is 135 minutes on the back of the case.

I haven't watched the DVD in some time. So can anyone tell me what, or if, there's any difference?

I'm debating on replacing my DVD copy with the blu-ray.

My DVD reads 118 minutes

I have the snapback DVD case too, and mine also says 135 minutes, but it's actually 118. It's just a typo.
