How much religion in the movie?

I'm wondering if I should watch this movie, but I am a bit torn. I love survival and post apocalyptic movies and books, but I really can't stand hearing or watching too much about religion or religious people.

Is the god stuff just implied or are there people jabbing on about it?

It's based on a book written by a christian extremist for other christian extremists - so the god stuff is more than just implied.
