Just a friendly little reminder. I'm a Christian too and I see no problem with trying to reach the unbelievers on these boards but I do see a problem with all the rudeness that occurs. We are called to act in love at all times and getting mad and resorting to rude comments will turn people away from your message rather than attracting them. I know it can be hard when we are verbally ripped apart but we are to count such moments as joy.

I agree with you. As Christians, we are called to shine a light as a reflection of Jesus' love. Rudeness only brings us down to the level of those trying rip us. That being said, we need to be firm and we need to not sound like pushovers. Even Jesus got angry enough he tossed the tables of the money changers and used a whip. Sometimes, we need to practice 'tough love'.
