The Person who played Hattie would've made a better Chloe and Vice Versa

Actually, what surprised me about the casting of Chelsie Noble as Hattie as opposed to Chloe(the hero's love interest)is that she is Kirk Cameron's wife.

Up until seeing this movie & its sequel just last night, all the stuff I've seen Kirk & Chelsie in together, they've always played boyfriend & girlfriend, or husband & wife.

True. Kirk Cameron never kisses any woman except his wife. A scene in Fireproof had to be manipulated to accomplish this. Chelsea was inserted into the film in the scene in the fire station.

But if you look at the facial features of Ray and his family, they all looked amazingly alike. I don't think I would have bought Chelsea Noble as Ray's daughter.
