Reapers are basically Strigoi, weapons are similar, Bloodpack, the names(Reinhardt), the basic outline of the story,. I mean combined with Blade mythology, it's basically a side story in Strain universe. Agree?
shareClearly. Del Toro directed this film and directs the Strain. He obviously took his original concept of the Blade 2 reapers and placed them into the Strain world. He of course added a bunch of wrinkles involving the Master and all that other crap but the design and bite and mouth/head is an exact implementation from Blade 2 to Strain.
