movie was ok.... not great... I felt like it was set up like an off-Broadway play which is cool, but would have served the story better if it was... Oh yeah, and this confirmed my thoughts that Freddie Prinze Jr. CANNOT ACT TO SAVE HIS LIFE! I wanted to smack him in the face more in this movie than I hoped he got stabbed in Scream... Oh yeah and did anyone else think that Julia Stiles (who I think is gorgeous) had really yellow teeth in this movie?

My opinion on the movie was that it was awful and wasted the talent of Stiles. I cannot agree more with you about Prinze, Jr. It might have been better had the film-makers not tried to elevate his role to be co-equal to that of Stiles', as, for example, in the way many of the movies Reese Witherspoon succeeded in with her male opposites. It seems that Hollywood is desperate to find any male stars that might draw the younger set to see their movies. There are a few (Ledger and Hartnett come to mind) but their numbers pale in comparison to the number of young actresses that shine. As such, Hollywood would be better served if it took advantage of the situation and made more flicks that emphasize the star quality that actually exists rather than try to manufacture it.
