Sutherland

James Coburn in lieu of Garner and

Burt Reynolds instead of Jones, who is 16 years younger than Clint.

I would have had James Coburn instead of James Cromwell, not Garner. Coburn's hands were badly deformed from arthritis by that time and it showed. That would have been fine for administration, but not a good idea for a mission specialist.

Gene Hackman would also have been good as one of the 4....
