Space Cowboys Sequel Greenlighted

Paramount pictures has officially given Space Cowboys 2 the green light. News comes after a script was approved by Eastwood, who will also direct. Eastwood has made it clear that this will be his next project. Eastwood has stated in previuos interviews that he will have a small role in the film. After questioned about other cast members Eastwood hinted at Warren Beatty as a possible star. Eastwood also joked "I've got someone else in mind, that is if hes not to busy fighting snakes and nazis." This would obviously be a nod to aging adventure star Harrison Ford. The plot will be centred on a rescue mission to mars, putting the characters in a more action packed enviroment than the first film. Watch for more news this week.
