I agree that Marcia Gay Hardin is an attractive woman - high cheek bones, bright eyes. I thought with the haircut that she would also be very well cast as a Vulcan. She made me think of Lt. Saavik in Star Trek III.

She has that girl/woman next door cuteness. She is not plastic looking or neds to be loaded with hours of makeup like most of the hollywierd females, she is one of the rare ones that can get up in the morning, flip her hair back, and look absolutly delicious.

Marcia does have something of a Vulcan vibe in this movie. Wonder if that was intentional on the part of the filmmakers. Vulcans do have their groupies.

She wasen't a total bow wow, but her acting certinally was. Remember after the shuttle launch everyone was applauding and it cut to her clapping? The look on her face makes you think she just downed a whole bottle of Zoloft and her hand movements make her look like semi-retarded seal.
