Wrong! I remember using Google in 1999 when it was still young and Google is online since 27th September 1998.
But: Yahoo! was the leader at that time and also Google wasn't that big as Yahoo! and didn't have that much features.

Yahoo was massive back then. It used to have a little piece of text underneath the search bar that said powered by google.

But I knew that Yahoo! was massive, I used it a lot myself.

True, Google was around back then but it didn't become a massive success until well after this movie was made. When this movie came out practically everyone had a yahoo, AOL or hotmail account.

DANG! you spoiled the ending for me! Just kidding. I've seen this movie a few times before.

Anyway, this show is on, again and I thought I'd check out some of the letters while it's on. By now, it's kinda background noise.
