Who here remembers seeing Goldberg nearly kill someone with his spear, or seeing Sting nearly break the legs of some poor soul in the scorpion death lock....... And who could forget those WCW dancing girls!! They were really something..... Anyway, i say, lets make a really big post of whatever u want to say about wrestling to honour the memory o WCW.

Vince McMahon appearing at the open of Nirto threw me and my friends for such a loop. Then when he declared victory...we went NUTS!
In my mind, since Vince already owned WCW at that time, why not start the Invasion angle there and have it at Wrestlemania? That woulda been sweet!
Imagine: (If he had signed with WWE) Goldberg interrupting the WWE Title match between The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin...the fans wouldn't have seen that coming and then having Rock and Austin teaming up to get rid of the invader.
Of course that's only my opinion...and I could be wrong

I think the Invasion storyline would have been better if they had all the top stars from WCW signed, so we could truly see who was best (WWF in my mind) and kept Austin as a face leading WWF to a victory instead of "joining" WCW

yeah. they should have had better matches in the invasion. i reckoned some of the matches in the invasion sucked *beep*!!!

They did, however the whole Booker T-Rock fued was entertaining. And of course any time RVD (the only true face in the Alliance) is on, im entertained. Vince could have done so much more with both the WCW and ECW brands like have them go at it at Survivor Series 2K1 and the winner of that facing the WWF team at Wrestlemania in the "Winner Take All" tag match.
Of course that's only my opinion...and I could be wrong
EVERY match and storyline in the invasion angle was appaling. WCW and ECWs top guys were given pathetic character stories, which none one them suited them. If you watched WCW before it closed, DDP was fighting against Ric Flairs elite. As soon as he comes to WWF, hes a stalker and starts smiling and acting all dumb. Same with Booker, he was hard fighting, and he had a high ability. WWF just made these wrestlers look weak and pathetic. VINCE MCMAHON IS A POWER ABUSER!"
Anyway my favourite WCW moment was when Sting, Goldberg and Hogan teamed against Sid Vicious, Nash and Rick Steiner on one episode on Nitro
