Better Fued: Austin vs. McMahon OR Sting vs. NWO

Which fued did you think was better out of

Sting vs. NWO- Best fued of 97
Austin vs. McMahon- Best fued if 1998

reply

STING VS nWo!!!!!!!!!!!

Sting vs NWO.

Tell ya the truth it took me a while before I got into Stone Cold.

IMO, Austin/Mcmahon got too much focus on, got repetitive starting off Raw with a 30 minute segment and usually ended with Austin winning the battle.

Austin / McMahon.

Sting vs. nWo was good and definitely entertaining but the entire focus was on he and "Hollywood" Hogan which was completely shot to crap at STARCCADE '97. Their match at SUPERBRAWL was totally unnecessary as Sting should have gone on to face Scott Hall instead of having that match at UNCENSORED.

Sting really only needed to battle Hogan, then Hall and then he dropping then Savage and then Nash. Once he defeated all four of those guys he could have lost the belt to GOLDBERG.

GOLDBERG vs. STING would have been just as awesome as HOGAN vs. GOLDBERG.

What do you mean, "You people"?

Sting Vs. NWo

when he walked to the ring which was full of NWO dropped the bat and started taking them out all on his own. That was so awesome.

and usually ended with Austin winning the battle.

That's not true. There were plenty of times where Vince got the better of Austin. Check these out:

1. Taker and Kane do Vince's bidding at Breakdown 1998 by taking out Austin and making him the former WWF champ. This leads to Vince taking Austin's personal property(the Smoking Skull belt).
2. Vince covers Austin for the 3 count after Austin has a gauntlet match with the Corporation. Vince then has Austin restrained by the Corporation in one of the turnbuckles where he is seen yelling in his face. He also poors beer on him and pinches his face with his fingers.
3. Vince fires Stone Cold at Judgement Day 1998.
4. Austin is fooled when Vince makes it clear that him and his son Shane played him into getting screwed at Survivor Series 1998.
5. Austin can't touch Vince unless he's physically provoked as stated in a contract.
6. Austin realizes that he's been screwed by Vince all along when he finds out he was the Higher Power.
7. The boss and Shane scew Austin out of continuing to be the CEO when they beat him in a ladder match for ownership at King Of The Ring 1999.
8. Vince has Austin arrested for coming into the arena on 5/18/98.
9. Dude Love and the owner leave Austin laying for two straight weeks.
10. Vince lures Austin backstage to get assaulted by the Corporation at Royal Rumble 1999.
11. Vince dumps Austin out of the ring to win the 30 man Royal Rumble in 1999.
12. Vince signs the contract for Fully Loaded 1999 in Austin's own blood with an assist from the Undertaker.

Definitely Sting, though Stone Cold actually wrestled during his build up. Sting just took a vacation until Starrcade with Hogan.
