I also want to know an approximate date of when Raven's Dead Pool group was active in WCW.

I think Scott Hudson started announcing for WCW in 1998. I don't have any exact dates now. I enjoyed Scott Hudson and Mark Madden, but I couldn't help but laugh about only wanting shows before they showed up.
