Who could buy the rights to WCW, and bring the company back?
John Layfield was going to and was even in talks with Vince to buy the rights.
What happen to that?
What about the NWA buying the rights?

If someone, whoever does, I hope they bring back the WCW wrestlers and not a bunch of rookies. Not that the new ones are all bad but I would love to see all the vets back!

Most of the WCW wrestlers are way too old to carry a company. Hell, most were getting old when they DID carry it.

There's no way Vince McMahon would let anyone, at least outside of his close family, hold the rights to WCW. I wish it was otherwise. The footage alone is invaluable.
Eric Bischoff was the best choice. Due to her money and resources, Dixie Carter would have been nice as long as her input on running the company was limited. JBL purchasing it would have been interesting. He's knowledgeable about business, and isn't biased when discussing other wrestling companies or wrestlers outside of WWE.
