R-rated
Why is it rated R. Does it show any full-frontal nudity? (male or female) If so, I might want to consider before renting it.

there isn't any full frontal, a few bare brests but most (if not all, if i remember correctly) are from a distance. the r-rating probably came from the sexual dialogue, including multiple conversation (in subtitles) about blow jobs. hope that helps you!
shareand the drugs references maybe... they're certainly not promoting heroin though. But a character does "shoot-up" in the movie although we don't see it happen, she is in the next room...
Maybe all the references to homesexuality and prostitution and transvestism might have pushed it into the R-rated zone, although that's not particularily fair.
But then again, I don't know the exact system for a film getting an R rating anyway, so I'm only yakking on about stuff.
