She's not only a wonderful actress,she's beautiful too. But I have a question about transexuals..I always wondered about this and I'm gonna be bold...when a man becomes a woman do they get their penis removed and a vagina is replaced? Do you or anybody know who's open minded?

Basically, roughly speaking, during the prenatal development the sexual-tissue develops inwardly in a female, and outwardly in a male and includes cartilage etc. which also is interior to the body In transsexual surgery, the cartilage structure is removed (inner and outer), and the penis tissue is either inverted inward, or removed and then reattached inwardly (depending on the specialized surgeon's preferred technique). That's just roughly speaking-- there's a whole lot more involved. The prostate muscle is left intact, acting as the sexual internal muscle as in a female. The whole transsexual transformation includes far more than just this surgery, however. I used to work with them (counselor) so I learned a whole lot!
