In the movie the mother tells her son that "Todo Sobre Eva" sounds very odd hence why they change the name in Spanish. I asked a native speaker about this and he said it sounds fine the original way. Can I get get some opinions of native speakers? Is that an idiomatic phrase or does it sound fine in Spanish too?

Well, here in Spain they changed the title of the movie to "Eva al desnudo", which would mean something like "Eve unveiled". When the kid, who, unlike the mother knows English, tells the mother that the real English title of the movie is "All about Eve", which in Spanish means "Todo sobre Eva", then the mom says "Todo sobre Eva" sounds weird after so many years used to the other title in Spanish. Did I explain myself well?
