Has anyone been to the WWE Live! events? If so, did you like it? I am going to one in October and wanted to see what others thought about it. I thought it was Monday Night Raw at first since the event is on a Monday, but when I opened the email about presale tickets, I noticed that it had pictures of the Smackdown roster. I bought tickets anyway just to see what it was like.
shareI've been to several. They're generally fun, with a more relaxed atmosphere than the TV tapings or PPVs. The matches tend to be longer with more development between the big spots, and they often lean towards comedy moments and more crowd interaction. You can tell the wrestlers are having a good time. Also expect to see a noticeably downscaled set and lighting setup because no TV cameras will be present. Overall it should be a good time since those shows usually span a little over two hours, which is a relief from the endurance test the taped events have become.
