She's done. Her WWE career is over. The best thing for her is to get released. I bet WWE will keep her around because they know that's what she wants and to punish her.
Considering WWE could get into trouble for falsely claiming someone tested positive for illicit drugs and knowing how concerned they are with their public image, it's highly unlikely they would make that up...
