Avalon Landing or The Arsonist's Daughter?

Which fictional fiction do you think you'd prefer?

Both Finding Forrester and Wonder Boys celebrate the writing process but fail to share even a single sentence of the writing.

I find that ironic, but then again, nobody goes to movies to read.

I'm curious as to what the premise of Arsonist's Daughter was more than anything. I never read Chabon's original book, but do you know or have any insight into the fictional novel written by Grady Tripp?

I didn't bother seeing Finding Forrester because of Shun Cunnery.

Didn't read Chabon's novel either. But you've got me curious now. I admire Chabon's writing -- I did read The Mysteries of Pittsburgh and Kavalier & Clay, so I'm gonna check out the novel of Wonder Boys to see if there's more info on Arsonist's Daughter.

What's your problem with Shun Connery? (I do love the name!)
