i just finished watching it on TBS (with commercials it took like three hours!!) and i forgot how awesome this movie is. it's got a great cast and some great lines, and all the different plots are interesting. i think it's very underrated.
I did enjoy the multi-layered plot except for the main characters. His just seemed unbelievable and...creepy. Plus, it didn't fit in with the snow day theme. Everyone else's day revolved around the snow day.
Still an excellent movie. Got my in a holiday mood!
You know, it's funny. I saw this 5 years ago in theathers, I thought that maybe it wasn't as good as I thought, like I had no taste back then considering the imdb score.
Well, I just saw it again on TBS... I still think it's a pretty decent movie.
This movie got 4.6? I don't believe that, it's underrated.
ya i saw it yesterday on TBS for the first time in five years. I remember i thought it was awesome at the theaters, and just forgot how good a movie it was
anyone who actually feels this movie was good is a moron. It is obviously terrible... I saw it five years ago for some reason and now just caught the last half on TBS, it is completely ridiculous. Either you are 10 years old or some incredibly conservative religious freak, cause this movie sucked ballzzz... 5 random story lines, terrible acting, and the most cliched plot line make this a definite no-no.
I also acknowledge that the movie isn't really actually "good." But once you step back and realize that, it's obvious that the filmmakers knew that, too. I mean, really:
"I have one last question for you. What is my favorite flavor of chewing gum?"
It's cliche yet over-the-top quirky. My mid-twenties roommate and I couldn't stop laughing.
