or is this just basically a kid's version of Can't Hardly Wait?

I taped this movie to watch later, and I wound up doing the oddest thing....I found myself fast-forward TO the commercials! This was an extremely badly written film. If you're interested in the genre, I recommend you skip this and rent Some Kind of Wonderful, Can't Hardly Wait, or any number of John Hughes movies. And, as Chevy Chase movies go, I haven't seen any this bad since Modern Problems.

No, I've seen it. I was just wondering if I was the only one who thought it was Can't Hardly Wait for kids.

I definitly see a watered down version in a setting of snow reflecting some kind of wonderful here...but as for can't hardly wait...have yet to see it.
