Bill Korn- Snow Day - The Adventures of Pete + Pete

Bill Korn is a Character in Pete & Pete and he's a very breif character in Snow Day. I think they had this character in Snow Day to make it a spin-off The Adventures of Pete & Pete. Anyone Else feel this way?

Snow Day was originally suppose to be a Pete & Pete movie, with the cast from the show.

Pete and Pete movie would have been soooo much better.

I know it was. Lol. But I think in order to make it a spin-off they putt bill into it
