is Michael unconscious or dead when the paramedics reach him?

ohh my bad sorry thanks again and the artery i believe you are referring to is the femoral artery and i always believed Mike was killed in this movie, cause if it lived it would have ruined the whole tragic feel you know. My theory is he died of skull fracture and blood loss (mostly through the femoral artery).

Also, when Duke is being told by the one coach what is taking place i think he mouths the words "Odin and Michael are dead."
