Satisfaction that he caused Odin's world to crash down. It's safe to say Odin was a pariah after that slam dunk incident and it was Hugo who concocted the plan after he was felt slighted by Odin, Michael and his father. Hugo would've gotten sweet vindication in his eyes and it would've been better with Michael dying.
