When Kate stamps the logos on the armor it looks like 2 Nike symbols. Are these endorsements by Nike or is it just symbols of that time with some other meaning behind them?

shareYeah just a pop culture reference I think. If there'd only been one tick instead of two, I'd be more inclined to think it was deliberate placement. Two ticks isn't the logo, and you know how these companies are about their logos.

The designer of the Nike swoosh that we all know said it was to resemble the wings of Nike the Greek goddess of victory. I remember this almost useless piece of trivia from a couple of decades ago so it's possible the writers did as well.
