I just read in the trivia portion that Cam Neely reprised his role as Seabass from Dumb and Dumber. I love MM&I, and I must have seen close to ten times (maybe more). I can't remember a Seabass scene. Can anyone help me?

I know that towards the end Charlie is walking towards Whitey and a cop walks by and says something like "Hey Charlie, nicely done"...and then Charlie replies "Thanks Seabass". That's the only part of the movie I remember hearing the name Seabass.
