Sea Bass from Dumb and Dumber in the end scene
I didn't notice this before but Charlie is congratulated by a fellow officer in the end and Charlie says "Thanks Sea Bass". If you freeze the frame it is indeed Sea Bass, the irate trucker (Cam Neely) from the diner and bathroom scenes of Dumb and Dumber. He is credited as Trooper Sea Bass in the movie.
