f.e. I just can't stand any movie with Nicolas Cage in it and I don't know why - I just can't stand the look of that guy and that's it
I just didn't like the atmosphere of this movie - is that a good reason?
Personally I liked it as I find stupid things funny, but the film itself - on a critical level - was rotten. So, if someone doesn't have a daft sense of humour, then they won't like it.

compared to what? schindler's list? it's a stupid farrelly brothers comedy. it's supposed to be a ridiculous as possible.
I probably shouldn't be posting on this thread because I'm one of the people who absolutely love this movie. Believe me, I'm very hard to impress when it's coming comedy movies. To be honest though, I believe "Me, Myself, & Irene" deserves far more accolades than utter garbage like "Superbad" (which really was super bad). "Me, Myself, & Irene" has a plot and it has a ton of laughs, so what is there not to like?

If the film is a comedy then I rate it according to how much it made me laugh.
I'm not one of these saddo's that watches a comedy to criticise the acting or the direction. Other, more serious films maybe.
