Well regardless of whether or not it was real (and I suspect it was) it is still not porn.
Pornography is any creative activity (writing or pictures or films etc.) of no literary or artistic value other than to stimulate sexual desire.
That scene was certainly not trying to simulate sexual desire as it was a joke and hence not pornography.

A random stranger starts sucking on a random woman's boob.... how the hell is it not porno? Well i think its actually worse than porno cause one of the involved people, the woman, is not even consenting (as portrayed in the movie).

It's not porn because it is not intended to cause a sexual response. Videos of people giving birth are incredibly graphic but not porn either.
The Dictionary defines pornography as "Sexually explicit pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal." This scene did not attempt to cause sexual arousal, therefore, it is NOT pornography. Duh.
sharePornography is intended to be sexually stimulating. It is a fact that a Lot of people cannot see a nude woman, without thinking sex. This is the fault of the viewer. it is also a sign of immaturity. There is sexual nudity, and then there is non-sexual comedic nudity.
There was a famous scene in an old Ryan O'Neil movie where he rips the back of his jeans and is walking around with holes where is butt cheeks are. It was seen as Pure campy comedy. It is in no way sexual.
I am pretty sure that the very people that thought this even close to Pornographic found the love making scene in Team America also Pornographic...even though there is absolutely nothing at all sexually arousing about the scene.
Before you say " this is borderline porn." you need to really know what porn is. And just because there is nudity, and there is contact between two people which can be construed of a sexual nature. if the scene is Intended for comedic value, and is not in any way arousing, it's not Porn...
Perfect Example, the threesome scene in American Psycho....I saw that and all i could do was laugh... he is... posing before the mirror, pointing at himself basically saying " you the man... you the man..."
Porn? Go look up the definition, and try again. Porn SPECIFICALLY has to have the intention of "creating sexual desire".
If a 2 second tit suck by a man who's pretending to be a baby makes you stiff instead of laughing, that's your issue, not the movie.
And as far as "fake boob", WHY? There's plenty of actresses around to use for the body part, and JC didn't seem to mind doing the act.
