I haven't seen the movie in a while, but why and how did he end up getting a chin job? I remember that all of a sudden he had a bandage on his chin, and when it was removed, he had a strong chin with a dimple in it.
By the way, in case some are too young to know, when one of his sons saw it, he remarked that he looked like Spartacus, who was played by Kirk Douglas, who has a very prominent chin with a dimple in it.
Hank (alter-ego) felt bad about all the things he had done to Charlie so at some point off camera they had gone to a plastic surgeon to fix Charlie's busted nose.
Hank thought Charlie had a weak chin so he had it re-done as a gift for Charlie.

Thanks, Pinky2000. I must have missed that part. It was a strange thing to do since, IMO, it didn't really add that much to the movie, except the jokes at the end when his kids make fun of it.
