When Lois makes and eats all the brownies

Did I miss something? Stewie runs over after she says she made brownies and he says something about missing the show and she's just crying and makes herself throw up.

No.
The 'show' is Lois eating the entire pan of brownies, crying & barfing. He didn't miss it.
