If [or when] they go to Amazon's MOD sets like Bob's Burgers & American Dad then they wouldn't be worth it but the commentaries, deleted scenes, unaired/altered scenes and other special features are still worth the money.

You're outside of Region One, that set is simply called "Season 14". Those episodes are Season 12.
Your "Season 16" set is Season 14's episode.
